I'm new to floating. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Many people who buy this package are first-time floaters. We'll guide you through everything before your first session, and you'll have access to our prep guide and team support. This is the ultimate kick off to begin your float journey.
What if I'm anxious or claustrophobic?
We have built big and spacious float suites with this exact question in mind. You won't be in a tight float pod, and you'll be in control of the lights. Plus, we have music and guided meditations if you prefer.
If you are still concerned, book your session in our Infinity float room. Its an open concept room built specifically for anyone with severe anxiety or claustrophobia.
What if I can't use all sessions in 30 days?
You'll still keep all your session credits—they're valid for 1 year. However, the money-back guarantee only applies if you complete all 5 sessions within 30 days of your first visit.
Can I share sessions or give them as gifts?
Yes! Session credits are transferable—perfect for gifting to friends or family. Just provide their names when booking.
Note: To qualify for the Feel-Better Guarantee, you must complete all 5 sessions yourself within 30 days. Shared or gifted sessions won't be eligible for the money-back guarantee (but credits remain valid for 1 year).
How does the partner pass work?
If you buy 2 or 3 packages you unlock the Partner Pass bonus. This allows you to bring a plus one to any Fire & Ice or Float session (same appointment/room) for no additional cost. Our Sound Journey sessions only accommodate one person at a time, so the partner pass does not apply to sound journeys.
However, you can also share credits with anyone, anytime. That means you can bring guests with you even if you buy just 1 Holiday Reset—but its free to do so if you buy 2 or 3.
What if I don't want to float for 90 minutes?
If you want to start out with less time, we totally get it. The Holiday Reset includes 3 x 90 minute floats, but you can always opt for less time. We have 60 or 75 minute options. Plus, you can always get out when you feel ready. You are in the drivers seat of your experience.
Most of our members prefer 90 minute sessions.
Do I have to decide my session dates now?
Nope! Buy now, schedule later. Once you purchase, you can book sessions at your convenience (subject to availability). 30-Day guarantee window starts with first session use.
Do my credits expire?
Credits are valid for 1 year from purchase date. That said, we highly recommend you use all at least 5 credits within 30 days to experience the full benefits of the Holiday Reset. Plus, that way you will qualify for our Feel Better Guarantee.
Can I pay with my HSA card?
Yes! We always recommend paying with HSA or FSA if you have it. We have never had issues with accepting it in the past.
